We’re currently looking for a purpose driven and talented Product Manager to join our team and oversee the development of our ground breaking tools. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our projects are delivered on time, whilst aligning with our mission to develop sustainable and innovative technologies…

The Responsibilities:

• Assist our founders in defining the vision, roadmap, and strategic goals for our products, ensuring they align with both company objectives and environmental sustainability goals
• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring project milestones are met within agreed timelines and budget constraints
• Pushing for evidence-driven decisions when it comes to product roadmaps and milestones
• Manage project risks, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate development teams, ensuring all aspects of product creation—from design to deployment—are delivered smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork
• Implement and manage Agile practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain project momentum and quality
• Producing documentation and reports as required by external funders and internal stakeholders

The Human:

• A keen eye for both the detail and the big picture. You are able to identify and mitigate risks large and small, and are comfortable keeping teams tracking to what is important
• A highly competent communicator, you are able to find solutions to protect the interests of the company and the individual team members, and are comfortable negotiating and problem solving with partners at all levels
• Able to handle multiple priorities, you are able to juggle multiple conflicting priorities and keep both yourself and teams on track
